Social Media: REBarCamp San Francisco August 2009
What follows are some notes that I took August 4th at the 1st anniversary of REBarCamp. Due to the amount of information, I am trying to keep it as simple and point driven as possible. It was a great day where 400 + engaged members of the Social Media community got together to share their thoughts in this ad-hoc forum. (more...)Continue Reading...

The reason for the name change was to help ease some of the confusion in the minds of Canadian consumers who thought that what they were seeing was an MLS system. Those systems are owned and operated by local Boards/Associations and only upload certain data that the local Multiple Listing System decides to...Continue Reading...
Looking For New Construction? Call your REALTOR!
Most Real Estate buyers searching for new builds (condo apartments as well as free-hold) in the GTA don't realize that there is a wonderful tool accessible to members of the Toronto Real Estate Board: Realnet. The reason that they do not know about it is that many practitioners don't realize what is available to them as members of TREB: On TorontoMLS (not to be confused with Realtor.ca) there is Land Registry information that allows Realtors to confirm the names of all legal...Continue Reading...
