Ah Richard !! hi there from Vaughan, the City above Toronto! ha! always interested in your site and it gives a lot of great information. But isn’t it interesting to those of us who are constantly being professional in our presentations, that the marketplace does a topsy turvy on us? Like, who’s to know what the public will pay for a property that is priced at “market.” and presto,we have multiple offers, videos of buyers who desparately want that property, Agents knocking on the doors of the Seller and asking why their offer wasnt accepted.
