But isn't it interesting to those of us who are constantly being professional in our presentations, that the marketplace does a topsy turvy on us? Like, who's to know what the public will pay for a property that is priced at "market." and presto,we have multiple offers, videos of buyers who desparately want that property, Agents knocking on the doors of the Seller and asking why their offer wasnt accepted. So, real estate graphs, pricing, is not an exact science any longer. Just some thoughts from the "Wiz1" here in Vaughan.
