But isn&#039;t it interesting to those of us who are constantly being professional in our presentations, that the marketplace does a topsy turvy on us?  Like, who&#039;s to know what the public will pay for a property that is priced at &quot;market.&quot; and presto,we have multiple offers, videos of buyers who desparately want that property, Agents knocking on the doors of the Seller and asking why their offer wasnt accepted.
