Here is a great new video released by the Toronto Real Estate Board  on why you should sign a Buyer Representation Agreement . Make sure that you are being properly represented in the transaction.

   I think Buyers need to know that if they are not contractually represented by a REALTOR in the transaction then the Buyer Agent’s can only provide customer service which is only information but no advice and of course, vice versa with an unrepresented Seller.

   In my opinion there are some reasons to Sign a Buyer Representation Agreement.

   1.Receive a higher level of service
   2.Get more without paying more
   3.Avoid misunderstandings
   4.Agency relationships are based on mutual consent
   5.Strength as a team
