   Anyone that believes that the Toronto Real Estate market will burst is living in a fantasy world. Even when the world economy slowed down in 2008, Toronto real estate remained static, instead of the price crash that people envisioned. Now the economy is growing and real estate will continue to grow at a moderate pace.

   I think for some it is wishful thinking…immigration is the big factor and that really keeps our economy pumping!
