Toronto Real Estate: 2010: The Bubble That Didn’t Burst.

I’m part of a group called the Toronto Condo Network  and we have speakers every two weeks on subjects near and dear to those of us who follow the Condominium Market in Toronto. Each year we look forward to a presentation by N. Barry Lyons and Jasmine Cracknell . They are consultants to the development industry and follow the planning, building and sales of new building in the Toronto.

Here is there most recent presentation about the surprising year 2010 turned out to be. They are both quite bullish about the Toronto market driven by long term investors and large numbers of immigrants from all over the world attracted by the relative stability of Toronto.
