TORONTOISM: A New Look and a New Name!!

Over the next few weeks you are going to see some changes to this site. The name has been changed to Torontoism: Richard Silver’s Downtown Toronto Blog and we are just in the final stages of a new logo, new skin and yes finally, a new updated photo (I know, I know).

I’m sorry if there is some confusion but it is amazing how much you learn quickly about a new project that you start from scratch. I’ve been having lots of help from Jim Cronin of the Real Estate Tomato. His company focuses on training new bloggers to help them find their voice, develop their “look”, and get the word out. A new friend Ines Hegedus-Garcia, a consumate blogger and her husband have a great site called Miamism that has become a great brand in that City….she has allowed me to plagiarize her great idea and hopefully Torontism will become a great brand here.

Please feel free to forward me any community news or any information that you consider a Torontism and I will happily pass it on. Also, please feel free to comment on this site; discussion educates us all, just be civil…please.

Thanks for being patient with some of these changes and let me know what additions you might like to see.

    Hi Richard,

Just dropping by to say hello. I like the choice of names and looking forward to the makeover. I just recently did the same. WordPress is a gem. It’s never ending…now if only I can get back to creating some good content.

See you at the next MLS roundtable.

p.s. any chance we can get Vaynerchuk out at Realtor Quest?
