An excellent 1980's building in Downtown Toronto exists at 130 Carlton, across from Allen Gardens at Jarvis. Carlton on the Park was built by Tridel and features large suite and excellent service. This buliding is one of the interesting condos that I follow closely in my real estate life. Watch for news about Carlton on the Park and the downtown area in my blog. For excellent per-square-foot value, the condos at 77 Carlton are a terrific option: 1400 square feet in a 1980's building with all the amenities, and a great downtown location.

Designated as a heritage building in 1972, the Tip Tip Tailors buiding retains its classic art deco lines in its new incarnation as downtown waterfront lofts. Another building that attracts a lot of attention in Toronto, and will likely feature in my blog from time to time. I absolutely love Toronto and especially my business. What I love about it is being able to put someone in a home, watch his or her family grow, and be part of that process. There are few highs that can compare.
