130 Carlton	An excellent 1980's building in Downtown Toronto exists at 130 Carlton, across from Allen Gardens at Jarvis. Carlton on the Park was built by Tridel and features large suite and excellent service. This buliding is one of the interesting condos that I follow closely in my real estate life. Watch for news about Carlton on the Park and the downtown area in my blog.
77 Carlton	For excellent per-square-foot value, the condos at 77 Carlton are a terrific option: 1400 square feet in a 1980's building with all the amenities, and a great downtown location.
