At a very young age Rizwan started working in his first sales driven role. It was very early on that he recognized the importance of not only building lasting relationships but also maintaining them. His passion for excellence and commitment to his clients helped him achieve the highest monthly sales and despite having moved on it is a record he still holds today! This desire to work one-on-one with people, coupled with his childhood interest in architecture and business paved the roadway for his work in real estate. Rizwan is a true Torontonian. He moved here at a young age and is incredibly proud to call this vibrant city his home for over two decades.
While completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce at Ryerson University, he also obtained his Real Estate license. Shortly thereafter he started working for a Brokerage in Cabbagetown where he was the recipient of the President’s Award for sales volume multiple times. He went on to work with the Daniels Corporation, where he helped launch 10 brand new high-rise developments totalling almost two billion dollars. His understanding and knowledge of both the re-sale and new home markets is an unparalleled asset that he brings to his clients.
Rizwan takes great pride in playing a monumental role in the lives of his clients as they venture into one of life’s most significant events. It is his honour to be a part of this journey and to ensure his clients never settle or compromise on receiving the highest level of service.

Due to a lack of supply in Toronto, people were driven further out of the city to explore neighbourhoods they wouldn’t normally consider.
“Typically, units at this price range will take longer to sell – anywhere from six to eight weeks – but this unit got a lot of attentional internationally,” agent Rizwan Malik says.
[The sale] is the highest price recorded for the building for any unit type and it's not even the largest unit.
