Torontoism Team’s July 2016 Updates

Hi [First],

Happy Summer!! The past few weeks have been hot in Toronto and it is not just the weather. The Toronto Real Estate Board figures are up for June and with BREXIT and the turmoil in the World, Canadian stability looks very promising for foreign buyers and immigration. If you are one of those people waiting for the bubble to burst, make sure you are solidly in the market. There is still more growth to come.

That being said the Torontoism Team has been busy with sales as well as meetings, courses and even some good old family time. Tracy and family visited Mt. Tremblant, Sherille and family are planning on some travels south, Tania and hubby just got back from Hungary, Jim and Eden are busy making plans for later in the summer.

I just returned from speaking in Vancouver and speaking attending a workshop in Chicago. The workshop was all about the business end of running a Real Estate team and was also attended by some of the most successful team leaders in the United States and Canada. I love being around people who are smarter than me...always challenges you but at the end of the day exhausting.

I am looking forward to a great summer in the back yard and enjoying it with friends and family. We revamped our BBQ with new flavour rods and a brand new grill. Much cheaper than a new BBQ or there are also lots of BBQ doctors around if needed. We have been told to oil the grill with Coconut Oil every three or 4 uses and that seems to be working well. Apparently Coconut oil has a much higher burning rate that other oils...

Make sure that you are planning exterior work on your home that needs to be attended to before the cold sets in. We all have that list of improvements...lovingly called the HONEY DO list! Summer is the best time to attack it. Ready, set, go!

P.S. We're running a contest on the best coffee shops to work from in Toronto. See the full list of the coffee shops and the rules for the contest here.
