Richard Silver is a Sales Representative and co-leader, with Jim Burtnick, of Silver Burtnick Milan & Associates at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada.
With decades of experience in Toronto real estate, Richard has built his career around exceptional service, strong relationships and an early embrace of technology. Long before digital marketing became essential to real estate, he recognized the power of the internet. Today, he is equally passionate about artificial intelligence’s potential to transform real estate marketing and client service.
Richard holds the ABR®, e-PRO® and CIPS designations and has served as President of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and Director-at-Large of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). He is a founding Past President of AREAA Toronto and a founding member of REALM Global. Inman News named him one of its “Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate” in 2013.
