Jim Burtnick is a Broker and leads Silver Burtnick & Associates along with Richard Silver. He is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).

A passionate lifetime local of Toronto, Jim has been a leading real estate professional for over 20 years. He was also elected, by his peers, as the Director of the Toronto Real Estate Board.

One thing is for certain: Jim is especially passionate about Toronto as a “city of neighbourhoods” and how it reflects the global mosaic. He leads by example by working with global clients both living locally or moving to the city and area.

Jim’s approach to real estate is grounded in financial strategy, providing both buyers and sellers with a nuanced view of their purchase of sale. Not one to leave out any details, he provides clients with unmatched attention to detail.

Erin Haas is a goal-oriented, passionate, outgoing person. She has achieved many awards in sales and has a strong influence in the auction industry.

She is fluent in English and French and can speak conversational Spanish. She was born and raised in Toronto and is familiar with the lifestyle and neighbourhoods, offering insight to local clients as well as potential international buyers.

Meet Bill Johnston.  Bill brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to our team. With degrees in psychology from the University of British Columbia and law from Osgoode Hall Law School, Bill’s unique perspective is invaluable in the world of luxury real estate.

Since joining the real estate sector in 1982 and obtaining his Broker’s license in 1988, Bill has been a dynamic force in the industry. His achievements include multiple sales awards, winning the Morguard Literary Award for real estate professionals twice, and serving as President of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. His commitment to the community is evident through his role as a former Director at Skylark Children Youth & Families and his contributions to various real estate boards and committees.

Bill is also a former accredited instructor, teaching ethics courses for the Real Estate Council of Ontario, and has authored and presented numerous seminars on real estate brokerage, helping to shape the industry’s future. We’re excited to have Bill on board, bringing his expertise, passion, and innovative approach to our team.

Mark has been a cinematographer for over ten years and is the founder of the Toronto-based real estate video company Property Films. Mark was one of the first video creators in Canada to introduce the concept of creating lifestyle films to promote real estate. Highlights include filming the homes of some of Canada’s elite rap and hip-hop artists. Even after shooting thousands of listings, Mark still thoroughly enjoys the art of telling a home’s story through film.
