Since joining the real estate sector in 1982 and obtaining his Broker’s license in 1988, Bill has been a dynamic force in the industry. His achievements include multiple sales awards, winning the Morguard Literary Award for real estate professionals twice, and serving as President of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. His commitment to the community is evident through his role as a former Director at Skylark Children Youth & Families and his contributions to various real estate boards and committees.

Bill is also a former accredited instructor, teaching ethics courses for the Real Estate Council of Ontario, and has authored and presented numerous seminars on real estate brokerage, helping to shape the industry’s future. Mark has been a cinematographer for over ten years and is the founder of the Toronto-based real estate video company Property Films. Mark was one of the first video creators in Canada to introduce the concept of creating lifestyle films to promote real estate. Highlights include filming the homes of some of Canada’s elite rap and hip-hop artists. Even after shooting thousands of listings, Mark still thoroughly enjoys the art of telling a home’s story through film.
